Guys, my computer died a few days ago. Troubleshooting points to the motherboard, and it will take some time until I sort out warranty issues with ASUS. Until I fix it, I'm severely handicapped using my wife's computer at her mercy, and have to significantly reduce my presence on the site.
Thank you for understanding.

Received the RMA number today, drained cooling system and removed the motherboard, will send it to ASUS timorrow. RMA process is said to take 10 business days, not including shipping, so I will get my comp back in two weeks earliest

Huray! My computer is back to business, now even better than before. The new motherboard that they sent as a replacement has overclocking capabilities, and now I'm running my dual Xeons on 3.22 instead of 2.8GHz !
Not sure I feel the difference in the daily driving, though
