I thought I had addressed this but cannot find it. There was a "Judge" Judy when a bicyclist at night crossed on the wrong side of the street on the sidewalk and hit a car. "Judge" Judy was adamant that the Bicyclist was a pedestrian and had the right of way. No way! In my state And California where this occurred bicyclists are required to obey the same laws as motor vehicle operators. I Just watched a "Judge" Judy where she seems to have been educated. A bicyclist was riding on the sidewalk going the wrong way and while speeding across a crosswalk hit a car. "judge" Judy ruled neutral but said the bicyclist was at fault. The bicyclist was a complete hipster douchbag and would not accept that he was at fault.

Well, I don't watch TV, so cannot comment on this particular one. Knowing how knowledgeable media guys usually are, I am not surprised in the slightest. Smile
