In my state kids with permits are allowed to drive with kids in the back seat. Don't you think it would be safer for everyone if that wasn't allowed. It doesn't make sense to me considering your a new driver you don't need distractions. I think this can become a hazard for everyone in the car and anyone else on the road that could become hurt by an accident.

I would think it would be safer if kids are not allowed to drive, period. 18 years should be the legal age, which is so in many countries - but America.
