I registered for this site's services at Idrivesafely.com to take a driver's safety course. Everyday when I logged in to take the course thedate that the course needed to be completed by was displayed which was Sept. 9 2011. On June 1st 2011 I logged in and my account was locked and they told me that I had not completed the course in time. I called and tried to get my account unlocked and they rudely said they could not do that and demanded $15 to unlock the course. I spoke with the manager Claudia who clearly did not understand that they had made a mistake by giving me the wrong date. She demanded payment and that I start a completely new course. After I had already spent over 12 hours on the course I had paid for and had only the final test to complete. I said i didn't care about the $15 I just didn't want to have to go through the course again. She said no. Obviously I am more than unhappy. When you post a date for a deadline on a course that takes as long as that one, it should be the right one.

Welcome to Fun And Safe Driving. Thank you for joining the forum.

I can perfectly understand your frustration and am sorry all that happened. So, what are you planning to do now? Are you continuing with the course or have you completely left it?
